I am a dedicated professional with a passion for serving my country and building meaningful projects. With a strong background in the Navy and software engineering, I bring discipline, leadership, and technical expertise to everything I do. I am currently seeking new opportunities to leverage my unique skill set in challenging environments.

During my time in the U.S. Navy, I proudly served as a Hull Maintenance Technician Second Class (HT2), where I honed skills in leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence under pressure. I was one of only five sailors selected out of a command of 2,000 to perform critical Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections at Puget Sound during the COVID-19 2020 mobilization—an assignment that required precision, trust, and technical proficiency. My assignments included working aboard the USS Frank Cable and USS Emory S. Land in Guam, as well as the USS Michigan, USS Louisiana, and USS Bremerton at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. These roles demanded adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to mission success in both forward-deployed and stateside environments.Throughout my service, I received commendations for leadership and performance, and I was meritoriously advanced to the rank of HT2. My Navy career instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, resilience, and the ability to lead and support teams in high-stakes situations.

I'm a software engineer with a strong foundation in C++11, Python, embedded systems, and real-time operating systems. With experience spanning system architecture, algorithm development, and Linux-based optimization, I've led and delivered performance-critical solutions across a range of technical projects. From developing sensor algorithms for autonomous navigation to integrating Bluetooth systems with real-time laser detection, my work emphasizes efficient design, reliability, and low-latency performance. I bring a bias for action, a commitment to continuous learning, and a results-driven mindset shaped by high-stakes environments.
